Josh got right to work and after I was able to get him the documentation he needed to get started, very little was asked of me. Firstly, I just want to say that Josh has greatly surpassed my expectations of what a public adjuster can do and has done on working claims that I have been a part of. Being a restoration professional in the industry for 10 years as a water, fire & mold damage & restoration specialist. I have worked with plenty of other public adjuster, most of them make these insane promises to my clients, said they would speed up the claim and get more money and done the exact opposite.
Josh on the other hand… said he will ensure the customer gets full policy coverage, push and fight for every nickel and dime on the claim, hurry up and demand response and cooperation from the carriers and has done just that for each and everyone of my mutual clients. This may seem long winded but it’s hard to put in short all the support and honestly justice Josh at Dependable Claims has brought to our mutual clients the victims of water, storm, hail, flood, mold and other property damages.
