I had Bethzalie Martinez Almenar the recruiter for DMB Insurance Agency call me to schedule my appointment for an interview the day before yesterday n 10/21/24 for 9:10am on 10/23/24 and today she called at 7:30am to confirm my appointment at 9:10am. This was very unprofessional of her to call that early in the morning I can understand 30 to 45 mins in advance but a whole 2 hours is just crazy. I work 12 hour shifts and at that time in morning I was still asleep. I work in sales and I have never called anyone at 7:30am to sale them something or to confirm an appointment that early in the morning. This is a bad reflection on her part and for the company. I was looking forward for the interview but after this morning it put a bad disposition in the company because if her, then she proceeded to inform me with a attitude that she need to know what I wanted to to do because there were limited spots available and I need to make a decision quick, mind you I was asleep when she called me at 7:30am I got upset about the whole process that I told her that at this point I was not interested in going forward with the interview process. I don't know who will read this or it matters to anyone in the company but this needs to be addressed with Beth ASAP before she makes more people mad and potently loose good candidates to on board to this company.
