My daughter's car was hit by a dealership vehicle two weeks ago. We have made several attempts at contacting this company, and have had 0 success aside from the very first phone call. They were supposed to call us back three days ago. We've been leaving voicemails since, and nothing. We'll be going to the Better Business Bureau soon, and looking at our options at taking these guys to court.

I'm not going to get into details but I haven't heard from them for about 2 months and I lm highly dependent on my medication. I can't go back to work and do anything without my doctor approving it and to be honest this insurance is not safe place. They didn't work on my long term in meangime since I was 12 months pn short term which also was very stressful. I got also the case manager which sounds awful on the phone like he was dealing with someone who is bothering him. Very disappointing and hurtful to be honest wouldn't recomend this experience to anybody. It actually made me worse . Needless to say I bearly survive without income and they made me wait because case manager went on leave or something and couldn't deal with my case....disorganized and I don't think they realise what can happen as larger outcome

The worst experience. They hold your claim and keep passing it on to different adjusters that do not even take the time to look at your claim. They mislead you in what they will cover. I would not recommend them to anyone.
