I am blown away at the level of service provided to our buyer and seller on a recent transaction in January 2024! The home was For Sale By Owner (FSBO) and they had to locate their own title company in Richmond, TX. They started with a competitor, whose service was slow and they ran into several snags to get to completion of the transaction. The buyer and seller both agreed to move to a new title company, and as the Loan Officer overseeing the mortgage side, we needed to move quickly to meet contract deadlines. I helped find Select Title and spoke with Shannon Lee in the Richmond office, explaining the details. She took a look at documents we forwarded, found a solution, and her team was on it in a flash! We didn't miss a beat in contract deadlines and closed on the original closing date (literally 10 calendar days)!
