I have banked here my entire life, and will continue to use them for my personal banking. However, there was an extreme lack of communication during our construction loan process. I do not recommend using them if you are as first time home buyer or to build.

Melinda and Nikki had or have no interest in helping, only made excuses! 3 weeks after I signed papers to refinance my car the original note has still not been paid off.. no effort at all to get this resolved and get this paid, JUST EXCUSES. Poor Poor Customer Service!! BEWARE! They were all ears when I was getting it all signed for them to refinance, but as soon as they got my signature….. crickets!!

They charged me late fees after I paid a CC off and refused to remove then put on my credit report. (Only negative on my credit report) They have lost a Vehicle title then told me tough They forgot to release Lein on a title I was buying from someone and it took 6 months and several trips to fix ETPCU has changed and they suck!
