I had a disappointing experience with the Title staff during my recent visit. At my last closing, I was directed to enter through a different door, but this time, I used the same entrance as before. Upon entering, two staff members approached me and questioned why I had used that door, referencing my previous visit. I apologized, but I felt unfairly scrutinized, as if I had entered with ill intent. This interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. In my career, I’ve never encountered such treatment, and it left me quite upset. I hope the staff can handle similar situations with more courtesy in the future.
