I will never use El Paso Title Co again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. The closing process was painful, because I was not in El Paso at the time. It was delayed a week due to a lack of communication from El Paso Title. I was never mailed the final closing package once the process was finished, though I was told it was sent. There was no proof of receipt, because El Paso Title didn't send it certified or use any form of delivery confirmation. When I brought this to their attention, they said it would take a couple weeks to get the closing documents, because they started using a new archival system. Weeks later I still don't have the paperwork, and it looks like I may never.
