Amazing experience at the Seguin shop! Jon Morneau is one of the best salesman I have worked with. His knowledge of the equipment was great, his communication through the process was excellent without being too much. He went above and beyond in helping me with the paperwork. He took his time in going over the equipment operation & maintenance. It was simply a great experience. The back of house is good too. The Ewald Kubota Seguin location has without a doubt, has the best service department in all of Ewald. Jesse and his team are outstanding. I reached out to Jesse and he quickly arranged to have my RTV picked up diagnosed repaired serviced and returned to me the very next day. Kiko, the mechanic, did an outstanding job on the RTV -It is running perfectly Jason the service writer was also exceptional in coordinating to finish. I highly recommend this again service department to anyone looking for a faster, reliable and professional service. Truly fantastic customer care!
