The older lady at the front desk. Lack of customer service, low interest with helping me getting my insurance just because i dont have a DL, but she never said it was not possible, in fact she stated that its alot of money and she would rather not give me a quote, and i decided to leave, when she was getting on my nerves with the policy, so i left to get more information for my next visit. Later on from our last incident i gave a phone call and i ask if i could be under some else and she said "oh, are you the one with the pink shirt" i said yes and the older lady with glases said "oh, ok im gonna call you back" i said okay and she never call me back. Great customer service, yeah sure. Thanks
