1-Star Review Draft (Very Harsh): ★☆☆☆☆ RUN AWAY – This is hands-down the ABSOLUTE WORST insurance agency I’ve ever dealt with in Houston! First Texas Agency on Long Point Rd is a total nightmare. Agent Lily was the main person I worked with, and she was shockingly incompetent, rude, and completely useless. She gave me straight-up misleading information about my policy quotes and coverage, promised things that never happened, and then ghosted me when problems popped up. Calls ignored, emails? Crickets for weeks or months. When I finally got through, the attitude was dismissive and blame-shifting—like it was my fault their screw-ups happened. This place seems designed to bait people with lowball quotes, lock you in, then leave you hanging during claims or renewals. Zero accountability, zero customer service, pure frustration and wasted time/money. I’ve had better experiences with big corporate call centers than this so-called ‘local agency.’ Lily in particular made everything 10x worse with her unhelpful, arrogant responses and total lack of follow-through. If you’re in Houston and need auto, home, or any insurance—DO NOT go here. Go literally anywhere else. I’ve reported this mess to the Texas Department of Insurance because no one should have to deal with this level of garbage service. Avoid at all costs! 0 stars if I could.

DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. THAT LADY SANDRA IS SO RUDE! I can not understand why she is so rude honestly she has real issues (I feel sorry for her) I was asking to go over the charges when she charged my card for a deposit that she never told me about and she told me to stop calling her office and that I was not getting my money back. She literally started yelling over the phone. The whole experience was weird.
