They Work with the classic Honda dealership in midland to make my purchase easy and hassle free best experience ever i would definitely recommend them. Been banking here for over 25 years. They never cease to amaze me at ways to hold your money! I went to make a large deposit knowing there would be a hold. They wanted to hold the check for 9 business days! That's ridiculous!! I asked if the hold period could be shortened. NOPE. Also, I thought 7 business days was max allowed by law, but apparently not for FBCU. Went to another credit union that I've had an account for a couple years. They deposited, released a portion, and held the rest for 2 business days. Ya I'll be using that credit union.

FBCU was prompt when I applied for a personal loan. Within 2 hours I was contacted by Sara and she advised me what was required from me for a loan. By early afternoon Sara contacted me with approval notice and terms. FBCU has always been there for me and I will continue to be a member for years to come. I have moved from Odessa but the process was all handled by phone. I was extremely pleased with this experience.
