Case in point. I leave a scathing review on my local FC advisor. The very next day, corporate replies with contact our Quality Management office. First. I STILL have not heard anything about my new advisor request. Second; the number HQ provided is a generic number and I can’t get any member of FC to provide me an extension to the QM section. Third; I had to contact the insurance companies directly to help me fill out the forms properly so that I can get ahold of MY funds. All my FC advisor would have to do is call up my account, print out the documents I needed and send them to me for signature. FC is not responding to me at all. This is the type of service you can expect to receive when you need to access your funds. If you ever been a beneficiary/executor of someone’s estate, then you know you can’t really do much with that person’s funds until it goes through the court…and their bills still have to be paid. I am telling you folks, run away from this bank.

Don't bank here if you live off of tips and regularly deposit your cash tips that are backed up with your pay stubs. They closed my account of a few years because I live off of tips and deposit them regularly. First they will say it's suspicious activity, and then when you prove your income they will lie to you and tell you it's "Because you don't have a financial advisor on your account". I have been a customer for years, but they don't care. Go to any other bank.
