They are the worst insurance company you ever wanted to use. Never use them. They don't like to pay out. I have $60000 worth of collision. Coverage, and they were not trying not to get my car fix.

Their driver was at fault for damages caused to my vehicle. I was forced to pay almost $1900 out of pocket for a rental vehicle while my car was being worked on for over 2 months. They took forever to approve the charges to repair my car. Thankfully my car has been fixed for over a month but the claims representative assigned to my case refuses to answer the phone to discuss the rental reimbursement - his name is Phillip Smith. I have left him about 15 messages and called him every day for a week but no answer and no returned calls. Needless to say, when it comes time for them to pony up, they stop answering the phone completely.

This company had an insured motorist pull out in front of 3 lanes of traffic causing an auto accident. 2 lanes were able to avoid contact but I was less fortunate. Their driver was at fault but they refuse to pay. The damages have totaled my truck and left me without transportation. Adjusters Michele Rummel, her supervisor William Thomas (WT) Gaston, and both of their supervisors David Martin are refusing to pay. They all three refused to be transparent in providing their license numbers (a public document). They claim their driver was 85% out of the intersection and proceeded to accuse me of being at fault and negligent of the accident. They and their motorist are extremely lucky that the damages are not far worse than what they were due to the severe negligence to yield by their insured motorist. Several people could have needed medical injuries but instead, they are refusing to pay me for the damages their motorist caused. I believe they most likely refuse to pay in most every circumstance.
