They screwed up our house insurance pay out. They double paid our flood insurance and haven't paid out the home insurance. We didn't even know until our insurance company called bc they were concerned. They have not kept us updated, WE have had to initiate contact with them for updates. We are expecting a reimbursement on flood and a payout for home. Will updated the review when they complete this task.

Would not recommend. Title company contacted my tax lawyer without my permission asking for documents they never told me I needed for a closing. They found his email in an email thread when I was sending over documents and starter emailing with him without my knowledge. When we asked they said they would take care of it. Once the lawyer sent the bill for the documents, First Liberty Title company refused to pay it, would not help, and did not mind losing the business. Didn’t even apologize. Terrible customer service.

Had a closing this morning with Liz. She was wonderful from the start. Kept me updated every step of the way. My client was extremely happy with the service provided! Will definitely be doing more business with them!
