I've. Been banking here for years, so has my mom and step dad, they treat you like family/friends, which I love!!!! They are very professional, quick and never is there a long wait in the drive thru or inside!!!! It's nice to walk in and they greet you by your first name 👍🏼☺️!! I love that they are privately owned, I feel safe and assured that my money is 100% safe at all times!!!!!! Wouldn't bank anywhere else!!!!! Terrible customer service. Makes transactions so much more difficult than the local Chase or Wells Fargo. I don’t know how they can treat their customers so poorly and stay in business. I would recommend choosing another bank if you want to be treated ethically and with respect. I thought the fact that they were local meant better service...not true. Update based on the owner’s incorrect an impersonal response....My rating is referring to general difficulty of transactions made overall and over time. There were no unpaid deposit boxes. But I guess it’s typical that they would try to make themselves look better by making a generic response that didn’t apply to me and not follow up to see why their customer actually left.
