This is the first time I have been with State Farm. The rates for the coverage I received on my 2-policies were incredible. Simme and her assistant Victoria are great at explaining coverages and recommending any deficiencies they notice. Realistically reading inclusions/exclusions is a bit like reading legal docs where you need a law degree lol but Simme and Victoria did such an excellent job of explaining coverages that I felt very comfortable after making my decision. They both have an excellent personality and go above and beyond for the customer. Office was very clean and organized. I highly recommend this agent to anyone looking for insurance and you will get a very competetive rate with an A+ insurer!!!
