I was not a member walking in. I went in the credit union with someone else who had to do some business. I was so impressed by how super friendly Raul and Priscilla Hernandez were to not only us but by other members coming in. It’s like they were all friends. Both were so helpful and didn’t rush us with our questions. So when Priscilla asked if I was a member and I said no. She began to explain all the reasons as to why I should become member. I was sold. Now I’m a member because of how I saw how they treated people and got to know their members.

My credit card’s chip wasn’t working so I ordered a new card. They charged me $8 for the replacement. Not only do they provide slow and rude service at every interaction. They have fees for everything! Thank you for reminding me why I chose Credit Human as my primary financial institution. 4/7/26 - Update : To my point, sent an email per the response below and never received a response. 5/15/26 - Received an email on 4/27 from a Marketing manager saying someone would reach out to me. No one ever did

Priscilla was very knowledgeable and gave me advice as to what she thought was the best plan of action concerning debt I need to pay off. I was able to set up an appointment quickly and was given full attention when I came. I am so glad I went and I feel I have a good plan of action for the new year!
