My experience with Lawyer's Title of Amarillo, Inc. was a very frustrating and difficult. I delt exclusively with Annette Ronquillo and found her to be inefficient at best. It is now 11 days since the closing and we still have not received our copies of the closing documents: neither email or hardcopy. The company was late requesting a death certificate for the previous owner of the property. (You might ask why they needed it - they didn't). They requested single signatory verification for our LLC, even though the partners informed them of the signatory for the LLC. Overall, and in my opinion, Lawyer's Title of Amarillo, Inc. is the worst title company I have worked with in the 15 years of buying and selling homes.
