Avoid going to this place if you don’t want to get scammed. Went Recently to file my taxes they said my refund was x amount which was odd, went elsewhere to get a second opinion i was told Frontera multi-service did my taxes all wrong and its a place known to tell you your refund is lower than what reality is to scam people. Had to go back to let them know to cancel the process they started, Asked for my money back as they clearly did their job wrong Leticia the owner clearly knows the scam and was denying my refund until i brought up the IRS. Goes to show they know their wrong doing . Still waiting on my refund to come through but i will be bringing this to someone’s attention.

Silvia Hernandez and Jennifer Regev are very good and professional tax preparers. The owner is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them 100%. Some people just DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR SERVICES and feel entitled to have everything free. I’ve file my tax returns with this company for more 10 years and have never experienced any issues. They’re ver informative and professional do not give in to the bad reviews bratty people leave because they feel they shouldn’t pay.

The WORST EXPERIENCE! I went to get a estimate and they wanted to charge me $50 for wanting my W-2 back!! DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM! They do not advise of you what they are doing or ask if you want to go on with filing! The main one how is rude and called me problematic was SILVIA HERNANDEZ! She is the worst and answers call ole you are speaking. Very unprofessional and sloppy! I ended up finding Someone who gave me way more then she was going to give me. They just try to steal your money and expect you to pay for every little thing. They don’t care about you! DO NOT GO! SILVIA NEEDS TO TAKE CLASSE SON HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL TO CLIENTS. Because for the way she was. She lost 2 great clients! learn to have respect and don’t call people names. Because I’m the long run you run your customers off!
