We've had this insurance for years. We submitted a claim for 1 of our vehicles about 10 days ago and no one has contacted us. We would like to know if an anjuster is coming out to inspect our vehicle or should we take it to a repair shop. Called again 3 days ago and we were told a supervisor would call us, and yct still no call from anyone. Sad to say customer service is no where to be found with this company. We pay our insurance on time, can we please have some common courtesy?
