I have used this agency for more than 10 years but had to leave about a year ago because of deteriorating customer service and errors made. Not sure why, maybe because it has grown so much that the previous customer centric principle is being diluted. Major issues are poor communications and resulting errors, including slow response to questions and quote requests, ignoring our canceling request so we ended up still paying renter insurance that we thought it was cancelled. Change request felt always fell to the bottom of their priority and reasons were always too busy/overwhelmed. And I don’t feel they are independent and have insured interest as priority any more. I still missed the days when John was the one who communicated with me. But I understand things change and wish them best luck.
