HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service if I could give a 0 I would. They charge for everything for canceling a policy for adding a policy. I went a couple minutes ago to cancel my policy and they acted very rude. If you have another option choose another one. The girl up front named Rosa Iselda is rude she has no type of customer service. She has the worst attitude she kicked me out, she cussed me out and she flicked me off. This is not the way you treat your customers. You shouldn’t treat someone this way period. This establishment is a joke. Avoid this insurance company there is way better ones out there.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Please, do yourself a favor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ITS AGENTS. Lancaster TX Office is the worst! The lady doesn’t even have a broker license. They arbitrarily charged my husband $45 after 3 months our policy had expired. They said they hadn’t taken their “commissions” at the time they opened the policy because chase bank (their bank) didn’t take it on time. Don’t let them to fool you. Always ask for their employees license .
