Not impressed. I have a life policy. The price jumped because of a five year band, which while I understand the pricing, I would have at least expected some kind of notice or reminder. I also was on auto pay from the bank. And instead of applying the payment, they mail the check back to me which is how I was alerted of the price change. This practice also put me at risk with the policy for a late pay exceeding the grace period. It all worked out but I sure am not impressed on how it is handled. Also when calling customer service, the rep was average at best. Not really doing much to help the situation. Fortunately, I was familiar enough with it all to work it out, but I feel for people who are less familiar and don't understand what is happening. They also said a reminder is sent out, but I am yet to receive that. Hmmm

Globe life is a scam and ripoff they tell consumers they are purchasing whole life insurance but really selling you term life policies but won’t let you convert the policy over to whole life once you discover they have lied and tricked you into buying a policy that you told them you didn’t want I voiced to globe life I only wanted whole life policies they gave me whole life for my daughter and snuck and gave me a term life policy for myself! I been to to reach out via email but still haven’t gotten a response back so yes Globe life isn’t a trustworthy company I have had my policy since 2021 and paid my premiums so I don’t understand why my policy can’t be converted to whole life this company is known for doing this shady scam on customers!!

I have been a Globe Life customer on and off for most of my life. When I was younger, I was not so diligent about this. As a senior I realized how important it is to be insured. Thank you for still having affordable policies even if you are a little older. You can pay your policy on a monthly, quarterly, 6 month or yearly basis. Figure out your budget and save a little extra when payment is more than the monthly. Thanks for being there throughout my life and for the many many others that use your service.
