As of Tuesday, April 14 at 2:47 PM, I called and was unable to reach anyone. Overall, communication and follow-up have been inconsistent. Emails are often not responded to, and reviewing my email threads shows multiple instances of missed or delayed follow-ups. At times, I’ve been told I would receive a call back with updates, but weeks have passed without a response, requiring me to repeatedly follow up myself. These gaps in communication have led to avoidable complications and added stress, including issues with my mortgage insurance provider stepping in. I believe a more organized follow up system and improved responsiveness would prevent many of these problems. While my experience so far has been frustrating in this area, I remain open and hope to see improvements moving forward. If not, I will take my properties elsewhere.
