I called because my police was canceled I asked to speak to a manager because the lady that answered the phone on 6/12/26 at the 1960 location at 3pm has an horrible attitude. She does not want to be at work and it shows. So unhelpful I am currently on hold waiting for a supervisor she has left me on hold for 30 minutes at this point not once checked in to let me know what’s going on. She is leaving me on hold with hopes that I hang up so she doesn’t have to do her job. It’s always the older black woneb with a nasty attitude and I’m black so I can say that. It’s disgusting find another job if you don’t like yours her name is Shawn or Sean she does not need to work in customer service at all I was left on hold for 40 minutes and when I called back Sean answered again refused to give me the corporate number…this attitude is going to make you lose a lot of customers
