With the exception of Christina, this is the most poorly ran office I have ever dealt with in 40 years. They will make an appointment with you & send you to the wrong meeting place, half the time they don't answer the phone. If you make an appointment with them to call you back, they will NEVER call you back at the appointed time or anytime. The office staff are all incompetent. You can't understand most of them, i.e., not great English. They don't have any answers for your questions, because they don't know the answers. They don't know the products they push either. RUN, DON'T WALK, away as fast as you can. It's a circus & very unprofessional.
