In March of this year i approached this company to help me with obtaining a bonded title for a vehicle. In good faith i gave the company $400 to start the process. I also had to come out of pocket to obtain insurance and inspection. I handed all the documentation over to the company and they said they were getting to work on it. After about two weeks i tried to contact the company and no one answered the phone. I continued to try to contact them for another week with no answer. The following week i received and answer apologizing and was asked to continue working with them. However, the same thing happened again another week and a half went by and i tried to contact them for an update no answer. Another form of documentation was needed so i was able to get it and the owners said they needed the originals and i agreed to meet with them. The date was never set no one contacted me almost another two weeks goes by and then finally i get answer saying the owner was out of town and no much could be done. I told them i was tired of the back and forth and wanted my money back at first it was agreed i would receive a refund, but then they reneged and stated they would not refund me. I have received nothing from this company and they have taken my hard earned money. I don't recommend this company.

I applied for title transfer in April 5, 2025. Till now it’s been 7 Months. But no response from this people. I have been tried to reach them in all forms like calls, email, facebook, instagram even i went to office. But no updates from them. I have total 5 number from this office i reached out to all of them. But no one is there to pick up the calls. This is my worst experience. The only reason is near to my home! I even asked then to give me my title back so that i can get it done somewhere else. Since i applied with them i lost my time, money and keeping the car in garage for 7 months. Since no is responding i reaching via this review portal. If you guys can see this please give me my title back i will get it done somewhere else.

They handled my vehicle title transfer when I was sure that I couldn't do it by myself due to a minor complication. There were no issues with the service itself. The title and plates took quite a while longer than usual to arrive, but it turned out from my own investigation involving a conversation with the county tax office that the delay was completely on the side of the county/state bureaucracy and not this business. I would let them handle this for me again.
