Raul the salesman was very helpful as I was buying my first new 2026 Maverick xlt. He made the process very simple as he listened to exactly what I wanted as well as the terms. The finance manager was also very helpful as I was singing the finance papers he actually gave a lower interest rate and cheaper payment than I was originally told

Everything was handled efficiently, and they made the buying process easy from start to finish. It was refreshing to work with a team that values professionalism and customer service. Raul C helped us and we’re very happy with our truck and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a simple and positive vehicle buying experience.

Genuinely one of the most appalling dealership experiences I've ever had while looking for a vehicle. My so called "advocate" (salesman) wouldn't let me get a word in to discuss our vehicle purchase. I had to practically yell over him to get a word in and he wouldn't let me speak until I won the yelling match over the phone. He was very adamant that I either drive 3 hours to go view the vehicle or give them a non-refundable deposit for them to hold the truck. I didn't go up there and I couldn't have been happier to know I made the right choice. The issue being the "INTERNET SPECIAL" pricing of the truck at 21,500 wasn't all there was to the price. My so called advocate wanted a deposit so at least they wouldn't walk away empty handed. After giving them my trade in info and all other information and hearing their offer, they pointed out that aside from the INTERNET SPECIAL they were adding 3400 in dealership fees. They wanted me to drive 3 hours to tell me they were adding 3400 in fees to the price because according to them every truck in Dallas had to be "certified and had to come with a lojack because well, it's dallas". After asking how I wanted to proceed and what I wanted to do with their offer I told my so called advocate all I wanted to do was hang up the phone. After the salesman attempted to bully me for the next five minutes into buying the truck if they remove the fees I told him I would consider it if they would truly remove all of the said fees and what not. After that he said he would remove all fees and went to speak to his manager. After saying he would remove the fees he came back with the price of the truck on a sheet with a dealer add on fee of 1600 for their certification. That was the last straw and ole salesman had to look for his manager because he couldn't close a deal for the advertised price.
TLDR: Scummy dealership tactics leads salesman to make promises he can't keep to get unsuspecting people through the doors. Whatever price is advertised add on about 3.4K and that's your real number. Look elsewhere, this place is a piece of work.
