On Saturday June 13 we walked in to GTFCU a bit perplexed with how to pursue getting information we needed for our taxes. We were greeted by Helen Gandara. She was over the top helpful. I was so impressed with her professional and helpful demeanor. I virtually skipped out of the office after her awesome customer service. What an awesome representative you have in Helen.

They were patient, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I understood everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and welcoming, and I really appreciated how kind and respectful everyone was. It’s rare to find service this good, and I’m very grateful for the support I received. Greater Texas credit Union has always been good to me. I have Financed a work truck, my Daly driver Toyota, and two motorcycles through the credit union. I have also had a couple of loans for other things. Everyone is always nice and smiling and everyone seems to know my name. I appreciate that.
