Had a wonderful experience with Green brick! The process was seamless from start to finish😃 I was notified along the way of every step by the company during my home buying process. They even had an app which made the process even more user friendly. Today is my closing day and I had so many thoughts and questions and to be honest I wasn’t sure how it was gonna go but thanks so much to Francis that works at green brick, she guided me throughout the whole process! Things I didn’t know or wasn’t told was all broken down to me. She even had extra copies of stuff that I would need. I was informed about paying my loan and extra payment and it was like a crash course in “new home skills!” I had to write a review just to express my gratitude to Green Brick and Francis.
