This place does not deserve even one star. I never got a call back with a quote after their “system went down”, the agents were rude and weren’t even well trained. When I asked her what a certain coverage would cover she could not explain anything. How can you sell a product that you don’t even know about??? They are very unprofessional. When I tried to call back and ask about my quote they got upset with me! Me, the customer that pays the company for their service! They went as far as to hang up on me before I could finish a question I was trying to ask. Needless to say I would not trust this company. It’s absolutely crazy I don’t understand how anyone has insurance here. There are way too many other insurance companies in this strip alone to settle for this. Beware of this place!!!

The most unfriendly insurance agency. Do not fall for the name. They make you sit away from the desk, and you have to be screaming. Their quotes are very expensive compared to o the Internet directly from the insurance company. They don't accept cash.

Very unprofessional over the phone. I called and told her what I was told by the DMV. She stated that all vehicle surety prices were different and as I was asking for a quote she said you would have to come in and hung up on me.
