Very poor customer service. I called to verify a Certificate of Insurance and the man who answered said I am on another line but I figured he was telling someone else since he just answered my call so I continued addressing my concern. He then yelled at me over the phone and said "Lady do you not understand I am busy on another line?!". There is no need to treat customers this way when he could've simply let my call go to voicemail and called me back or he could've initially said "I will place you on a brief hold give me a couple minutes".
