Sad to have to tell what's just happened to me considering Ive sent many people to Greenway over the years. But they dropped the ball on my homeowners insurance when I thought I was covered. So for the past 6 months I've had no coverage and today I'm forced to putting a new roof on my house $$$ Thanks, Greenway 😢

We had been with Greenway for almost 9 years - at first customer service was great and the annual increases were minimal. In the last 9 years we have only had one homeowners claim for a new roof and 2 comprehensive claims for minor damage due to hitting a deer. Two years ago the rates increased around $500 per policy and we stayed with them. However, this year our home & auto policies increase over $1000 per policy!! I called to get them re-shopped but the rates were worse. There is no credit for long term customers. The customer service team are all foreign and very hard to understand. We have switched to AMICA and have better coverage for less.

I have been with them for several years and I have to jump through hoops to get my policy renew without over changing me. They only reason I stayed is because they got me good deals, but every year I have to contact so they don’t double change me. I would stay away from this company and now the staff is extremely rude. At least the staff was nice. I am moving my policies to a new carrier.
