I have been doing business with this company and personally with the owner Eric for over 15 years. Sadly, their service has gone way downhill in the last year. They re-wrote a policy for us when we bought a new vehicle and deleted one of our vehicles that we had policies with and we drove for three months with zero insurance. Yesterday they sent us our new policy telling us that if we switched to another company, we would save $2,000.00 so we went ahead and went forward and paid in advance not realizing that they had left our daughter completely off of our policy and absolutely misrepresented what we were paying for. Heard lots of excuses about employees making mistakes, but unfortunately that doesn’t fly with us after years of good service. We will be taking our business elsewhere and we recommend anyone doing business with them to read every line of your policy prior to doing business with them. They obviously no longer realize the importance of correctly writing insurance policies to protect their clientele.
