I am beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed writing this.
In June 2025, I purchased an extended warranty from GS Administrators Inc. for a 2009 Honda Accord I worked hard to buy for my son. Like any parent, I was trying to do the responsible thing — make sure he had reliable transportation and protect us if something went wrong. Instead, we’ve been completely let down.
Since July 2025, his car has been sitting at the dealership due to a cracked intake manifold that Honda no longer manufactures. For nearly a year, my son has been without a vehicle. GS Administrators is fully aware the part cannot be sourced, yet they continue to give the same empty response: “keep looking.” No real help, no escalation, no alternative solution, and no refund — despite me paying thousands for this warranty.
What’s worse is how this has been handled. I’ve been made to feel like this isn’t even their responsibility, even being asked if I tried to get accommodations from the dealership. A manager even mocked the age of my son’s car, which was incredibly disrespectful and completely unacceptable.
This has caused a major disruption to our lives, and the lack of empathy and accountability from this company is shocking. I am asking GS Administrators Inc. to step up, take responsibility, and contact me to resolve this situation.
To anyone considering this company — please think twice.

Absolutely horrible company with unprofessional practices. I purchased a new vehicle and signed up for GAP at the dealership, only based on the ability to cancel the GAP policy with prorated reimbursement. The only way to cancel is to email a generic inbox, wait 3 weeks between correspondence where they ask for more information than what is laid out in the original contract that you sign at the dealership. I am going on over a month at this point and still have yet to get to a point of resolution for something that should be simple. I feel for those that have to endure a similar experience that may have to use their policy due to an accident. Use caution if this is the servicing company presented at your dealership.
Update: I did provide all documentation and in the format required. Apparently the state’s DMV letter stating the lien was released is insufficient. I did provide this and received a response within a day (miraculously). This cancellation request was initiated over a month ago and from GSA, it states up to 15 days.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! It took 7 months from my total loss for them to process and approve my GAP claim. This left me with a $3,605.61 balance with my lien-holder for fees that were due AFTER the vehicle was totaled. 7 months is insane. Currently waiting for a supervisor to call me back. (Not holding my breath for that to happen.) Oh and they incorrectly claimed that they didn’t receive any notice of my vehicle being totaled until August. My vehicle was totaled April 22nd and I uploaded documentation to them THAT WEEK!
