After 20 years of doing business my husband will be closing all his accounts and never returning to this bank. His check is in the account but they refuse to let us have access to it until 3 days from now. When I asked why they would not give me an answer. Not to mention the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I have been handling my husband account for over a year due to to his blindness and the same teller who uses to call me by name when I came in now wants to act like she has never meet me. Wish I could give zero stars

Unfortunately, I encountered discriminatory behavior from Jay and Trent, who treated black customers unfairly. Their unprofessional conduct made me feel unwelcome and undervalued. If you're seeking a bank with a respectful and inclusive environment, I recommend considering other options.

What is the point of having a Commercial drive thru for businesses if you’re going to allow non-commercial customers to drive thru? This takes up so much time for the businesses just dropping off deposits. Commercial drive thru is already slow as it is, needs to be quicker!
