What an outstanding company and a dedicated, professional representative . Kenny N is outstanding in his field. After dealing with a poor excuse of an insurance company, Kenny N came to our aid. We could never of obtained the funds that were due to us. He exceeded all of our expectations and was wonderful in his dedication in getting our money reimbursed. There are not enough words that I can express regarding his communication to us . His continued emails, his phone calls to our Insurance and follow-up were that of a person who knew exactly how to get the job done. Five stars aren’t enough. This is a ten star company!! Kenny is 20 stars. Great job !!! And thank you all for helping us in the nightmare of a claim.

Worst 3rd party adjuster ever was Cory Andres. Treating others as you would want to be treated is a sick joke with this company. Professionals at screwing you over to the max!! Years after our claim I still look at the repairs that were not done. I’m sure Cory was paid a big bonus. Karma should feel free to humble swindlers like this company.

I would not use this company. The claim adviser refused to give me her license number. She has Florida license on her email. She told me it was none of my business to get her license number. It has been weeks and she understand’s my home is not safe to live in. BAD FAITH
