This is the worst credit union I have ever dealt with. Private auto purchase of my vehicle and my buyer has been given excuses over and over again. It has been a month and we are hearing the same excuses over and over again. The manager makes it sound like everything is all good then generic bs. An auto loan should not take a month to close. They were real quick to take his down payment though. This place makes me happy to be a member of RBFCU every day that this goes on.
