Folks there are 2 types of businesses mainly: 1) The quick buck/short term type that makes a high profit from each client to pay for the advertising expense that brought the client in. Type 1 the reputation eventually makes the cost of getting replacement clients because of poor servincig too high and the model ultimately fails. 2) The business in it for the long haul that mandates integrity, transparency, and positive relationships/service. Type 2 saves in advertising expenses and usually shares savings with clients to ensure longevity of relationship and thus the success of company. Hall is type "2". I've enjoyed the relationship 19+ years and share their information as often as I have opportunity. MIC DROP!

I was recommended to these guys straight out of high school by someone that doesn't even go to them lmao. I was 18 at the time and I'm now 30. I'm only having to switch due to moving out of state. It's growing so much and they deserve all of that. They find the best rates and I'm someone that needs the bare minimum, least amount of money kind of insurance. They still worked with me and were so friendly throughout, at first it was just Tom, then it grew to his wife joining in full time, then they got at last one employee. Still, everyone was nice, helpful, and so personable. Because of them, I never want to go without an insurance agent. Anyone reading this, I strongly advise you to call. You won't regret it. Either if you're looking for a good rate or you're looking for a business that cares about the people, this will be the one for you. p.s. Tom if you're seeing this, I still hope you can get that pilot license when you retire, or something else that helps you keep having fun and adventure.
