Worst banking institution EVER!! The level of incompetence is immeasurable. I would not let them have access to my child's piggy bank contents. It would be too complex for them to manage. Grizelda is by far the best example of how our school system has failed us. I'm pretty sure she uses her fingers to add up your account balance. I wish I could say that was the only issue this institution has. However they're delayed deposits, inaccurate accounting, coupled with lack of communication is nothing but a headache. This is 2026 how is their system so archaic. You're better off getting a hard copy check and taking it to a check cashing place.. I genuinely wish I was exaggerating. For those of you who think I am exaggerating and utilize their services anyways. You'll remember this later and wish you would have taken notice.

This credit union is mainly in business for the convince of being downtown. Good for nothing and will not help loyal customers. I have never in my 39 years done a review on a credit union until decided to check the reviews to see if its just me and its NOT! Most credit unions really give the family vibe and come thru when you NEED them. Not HCFCU. Dont bank here!
