Not too long after turning 65, we were struggling with Medicare and supplement policies and the various options available to us. We were bombarded with mail for many insurance companies and it was quite overwhelming. One morning, out of nowhere, we answered the phone and it was Jonathan Hawkins who explained to us that he could help us navigate through the Medicare/Supplement process. A few days later, Jonathan was sitting at our table, gave us options for the best policy and the best pricing options available. He made it extremely simple for us to understand and enrolled us that day for the best supplement policy and prescription drug plan. Since our first meeting several years ago, Jonathan has been just a phone call away. We have called him on numerous occasions with questions and he has always been available to guide us in the right direction. We visit with him at least once a year, sometimes more.
