I paid for a new policy. They Had a type of on it. So I can't use it until it is fixxed1. I have a pedicab. The insurance has to go thru the city to get it registered an legal to ride it. The biggest event for pedicabs of the year. They have not returned any calls any messages or emails. I have miss all of the Chilli cook off. We have 5 days left. I had to rent a bike to be able to ride which cost a lot and missed several thousand dollars...not being able to ride my own bike because the insurance has never been corrected and sent to the city. This ridiculous. Don't not trust this company. Are they even a real company. Looks like the too the .monsy .

I have contacted Kim with this company several times to cancel a policy. Kim has not responded or returned any of my calls. If you are looking for insurance look else where because this company is very unprofessional and unresponsive. Next stop BBB!
