My husband got an insurance and cancelled before the 30 days, we used my card, they had said they will return the money of the payment, however, excuses and excuses, and they don't return the money even when they have said that 3 times, now they are asking for the bank statement, and here still waiting for then to return the money. When YOU SHOULD have the information in the system, stop playing games and return the money. What's your problem, that you keep lying? Are you trying to steal the money or what? Stop making excuses and return the money.
