My agent was extremely helpful in getting me signed up for BCBS. But when she helped me signed up, I noticed my name was spelled incorrectly. I was assured this would be fixed. One week later, my ID card came in with the incorrect name. I had emailed her and she called me on the phone assuring me that this will be fixed and I will get a new card. A month has passed and it is still incorrect. After emailing her again about getting log in info to fix this issue myself, I had no response. (I just learned you have to make an account after you get insurance, I was unaware as I thought an account had already been set up.) I essentially got ghosted by my agent and it's been sitting in my mind so I figured I would write a review to clear my mind.
