Had my mahindra tractor there and had to have the front axle rebuilt under warranty due to failed bearings. They had my tractor there for 2 solid months before I got it back. Shortly there after I noticed the tractor was extremely toed out at the front axle. Nothing was bent or broken so obviously something was reassembled incorrectly. I contacted the service manager at hendershot only to be told they are 6 weeks out from even looking at it. For a website that porches about customer service they are very far from providing good customer service. I had previously dealt with their sales department on a new side by side and had a very good experience. That being said, due to their absolutely horrible service department I would never do any business with this company again. Keeping Someones equipment that they depend on for their livelihood for 2 months is just completely unacceptable. And when you talk to them about the poor service they act as if these practices are completely normal. Would have given zero starts if that was an option
