I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this insurance agent, Robert I paid him for coverage that he never provided. For three months, I trusted that my policy was active, but I never received any proof of insurance or follow-up communication. After repeatedly trying to contact him with no response, I finally called his broker — only to learn that no policy had ever been issued in my name. I am still waiting for the refund of the money I paid to this agent. He is incredibly hishonest and unethical This behavior is completely unacceptable and dishonest. Taking someone’s money without providing the coverage promised is unethical and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this agent to proceed with extreme caution and verify everything directly through the broker or insurance company.
