In a period of two year investment, by the way I was told the investment was a CD then a corporate bond. This was not clear. I had a gain, but I was told to wait until maturity date so when the maturity date arrived the investment went to zero. No gain at all after two years. I asked my advisor why he didn't told me to sell or exit the investment when I had that gain and he responded that he was not supposed to tell me when to sell or exit the investment. This is not fair. Keep an eye in your investments, specially born beginner investors.

I would avoid this company at all costs. Customer service and follow-through totally lacking. My Adviser left their firm and I was never notified regarding my account, never notified about a new Adviser. To add insult to injury when I moved my business to Fidelity I was charged a $150 fee.
