We did our business partnership with them this year and it took them over two weeks to get back to me. I filled out the forms and gave them everything they asked for. I called the office, the young lady said Silvia would get back to me, but never did. I sent an email, no one responded. Then they finally answered and said that I needed to call or text Silvia's phone directly to get a hold of her. I did and everything was fixed within a day. I later needed tax services again and decided to give them another try. It has been four days since I emailed her the information, and have not received a response. This is very unprofessional, I'm a licensed insurance agent and our office would never treat customers this way. I understand they are busy because of covid and some are working from home, but the response time shouldn't be within two weeks or four days. If they would at least give me an update, a time frame, or a better way to reach them it would be more acceptable. Unless you know her personally, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I'd give it less stars if I could. Came here to get my taxes done. Called, sent emails, never got replies then finally the secretary looked into it for me and told me I needed to send them a piece of info that could've sent or gotten a call about a week before hand. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend to anyone. H&R block took care of me professionally and right away, I was glad to give them my money.
