I would never recommend this title company. They made me pay extra money due to their sluggishness in identifying the HOA for my home—information which, in the end, I had to provide to them myself. Since the closing date was fast approaching, I was forced to pay an additional fee to expedite the report. On the day I was scheduled to sign, they sent a notary to my home who didn't even have the title company's phone number, and the paperwork was poorly printed. I had to be the one to put them in touch with each other. Afterward, Mr. Arthur told my realtor that the HOA would reimburse me money to report; however, I am still waiting—it has been over a month and a half, despite numerous phone calls. This is a title company I absolutely do not recommend.
