I have just recently become a member of Hooray Health. Talk about irony I got sick one day before my policy began and within 20 minutes I had a telehealth doctor speak to me , diagnose me and prescribe me my medicine and provide me with a much needed doctors note for my job. This was the most headache and stress-free, seamless experience I’ve ever had with any health insurance organization. From their patient services to Dr. involvement everything is top notch. I am truly grateful that they made everything so easy and stress free so I could focus on getting better. Thank you so very much!!!

It has been so easy to use Hooray Health. After downloading the website I am able to find all the information I need if I need to go to the Dr. I can find everything from health care providers to what is covered. It's so easy!

I beg.i kneel before you as a potential member of this misery of an insurance company to run the opposite way even if that means waking in to hell pit of fire. We have been looking for our kids provider for the last 6 weeks to no avail.eventually hooray directs us to a specific clinic.we provided the doctors npi to put her in the system.and then voila they said we were set.a day before the kids appointment the doctors office calls to tell us hooray does not show the kids covered anymore. Do not rely on the providers list online.we have called and none of them take or even know hooray or first health.when you call customer service all they will do is send you a list of the same doctors in the system as directed.the upper management is some of the rudest people I have ever spoken to.they will not let you air your frustration.she cut me off.gave me a phone number of a clinic to call and hang up.guess what.its the clinic I was just talking about.it feels vindictive.i just can’t put my finger on it.i am done!!!!!!!! The picture you see is me being put on hold so i can leave a voicemail to one of the supervisors and let them know that even with the the insurance calling the offices they claim to cover that they are not taking it.so yeah.an hour of waiting to leave a voicemail
